Seasonal Rates
Rates are based on one to two person occupancy
All sites are full hook-up, Electric, Water and Sewer provided
Seasonal Rate Deposit
3 + Months $ 849 per month $ 500 deposit
February Peak Rate $ 930 per month $ 350 deposit
1 –2 Month Rate $ 915 per month $ 350 deposit
Weekly $ 275 per week $ 100 deposit
Daily $ 42 per day $ 42 deposit
All Seasonal monthly rates based on 30 days except February
February Peak Rate will apply for stays less than 90 days
The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only
Special Rates: April 1 - December 31 - $390 per month - $200 Deposit
Summer Rate: May 1 to September 30: $28 per day
NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.
Cancellations require a 30 day notice and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged
If cancellation is less than 30 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited
Three month rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts
Extra person charge $5 per day, $16 per week, $48 per month
Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m. | All Balances are due upon arrival.
